I had a disappointing experience today. I drove about 30 minutes to get to my appointment and unfortunately arrived 17 minutes late due to heavier traffic than usual. I understand that the office has a 15-minute grace period and that I was technically 2 minutes beyond it. However, I was the last patient of the day and was still turned away and unable to receive treatment. Loved my experience with ZEN dental! Hygienist and the dentists were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The front desk staff was also very helpful. Highly recommended the Zen Dental Studio!
