The dental hygiene service is great, and they use advanced technology like 3D scanning, which I really appreciated. However, the main concern is with Dr. An. During the procedures, he was overly rough and repeatedly tried to upsell me on treatments and services unrelated to the dental hygiene procedure or the previously mentioned 3D scan. The "studio" is super clean, very pleasant front desk staff. However hygienist and Dr. An tried to convince me I had 6 cavities after never having had a cavity in my life. They were rude when I asked them questions. Went back to my previous dentist when I was visiting home in Canada and she confirmed via her own x-rays that I had no cavities.

I’ve been told that some dentists do this to meet KPIs or pay off student loans, which I can understand to an extent. But please, don’t keep pushing unnecessary procedures on me every time.
