Went to zen den for the infrared sauna .. was great way to relax and detox . Very good atmosphere and a lot of other great services as well. Will be going back again
I love the atmosphere and all the approaches for wellness! I especially like the Open Doors Yoga!
I absolutely loved the aerial yoga class!!! I wish I could do this class everyday!
I feel phenomenal after my ZenDen experience. I shall continue with the therapy for as long as possible. The tranquility of the experience and setting and the expertise of the the professional staff to identify areas of lower back pain and excruciating neck pain served to benefit me immensely.

After months of exhaustive traditional Western medicine with cortisone shots, orthotics, podiatry appointments PT and more, I made the decision to try Zen Den. Upon entering, the atmosphere is so appealing and welcoming. It exudes a place of wellness. The staff were so empathetic and caring which helps so much when you don't feel yourself.
