My massage with Kerry was great. I'm sore today but a good sore. She loosened my tightness in my shoulders and arm. I highly recommend her and Zenden. I also used the infrared sauna which was nice.
The infrared sauna was a lovely way to end a stressful week. It allowed me a chance to clear my mind, reflect and relax. I left with a clearer mind and renewed energy. It is definitely something I plan to do again.
had a full body massage with Alexa. Not only did I feel like a million bucks afterwards, but she is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and what might be causing pain. I will definitely be back soon!
I visited the Zen Den and took my first Pilate class. At first, I was a bit nervous but by the end of the class I was hooked! The instructor was very knowledgeable and helped me with the right form. I must say I'm hooked and will definitely be a member of this amazing place.
I LOVE this place!! As soon as you walk in youll feel so relaxed! I love the open space and style too! They offer a lot of services, which is so nice! There's not a lot of places around the south shore that offer this much!! I would def recommend the float tank! It's worth it!!!! It's an out of body experience!
I can't begin to describe how helpful the staff and the owner in making such much needed changes in my life. I'm thankful that I have had the opportunity to be working with such wonderful and knowledgeable people. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make a positive difference in their lives.
