Best foot massage in Sacramento! I highly recommend Bo, but they are all wonderful!
My daughter and I were treated very rudely. The gentleman at the front desk was nice but the two who performed our massages were awful. Right from the beginning there was no greeting or eye contact. But the really rude behavior came at the end of the massage when my daughter discovered she had lost her tip money. They acted as though we were committing a crime even after I explained what happened and I said that I would use my credit card out front to leave the tip. Very noisy, unprofessional. The communication was very poor. As was the message.
This is my second time going to Zen Day Spa the first time I was told I needed to schedule an appointment tonight. I scheduled an appointment through Facebook for 9:30 show up 10 minutes early and they tell me I don't have an appointment it must be at their location in Davis I will never ever book here again very rude and poor customer service. Never again just lost a customer & I will tell all my friends not to go there... I wouldn't even give it 1 �....
