Angela is one of the best people I have ever had listen to me and talk to me. I started therapy to understand and deal with emotions. Let's just say I am grateful I found a wonderful person to help me open up. She knows what she is doing, and she is damn good at it! I have been going to her for about 4 years. I trust her. I like how she makes it so easy to talk to her. She offers both virtual and in-person visits. GREAT LISTENER!
Angela has helped me with my deep rooted anxiety, helped me through grief, and helped me to become a better and more reflective human. She has given me the tools to continue to be successful and remind myself that I am safe even when my nervous system wants to disagree.
I’ll be honest, Angela is a friend of a very good friend. I’ve never used her professional services but her kind heart, understanding nature, and hard truth have blessed me with some of the best decisions of my life. If that’s uninsured “advice”, I can’t imagine what her professional counsel is like. I’m sure it will be nothing short of life changing if it’s anything like what she’s done for me.
