We are from out of town and decided to take a chance and try Zen to celebrate our engagement. It’s rare to find gluten free Chinese food let alone amazing GF Chinese food. Will most definitely be back when we are in town again! Thank you for a wonderful dinner!
So happy to find this Gluten Free Chinese Restaurant in one of our favorite city (I’m Celiac) we were there when it was lunch menu and for the price and good size plates with soup and rice, I brought food home🤗...definitely will be back.

It would be 5 stars but it is very expensive. There menu is clearly marked what is gluten free - which is good because my girlfriend can't have wheat. Rice flour is perfect substitute and delicious. Every dish I have ever had there was great. Do to price, Zen is Special occasion restaurant.

Not only great food but great service too. Definitely the best Chinese food in Portland, the hot & sour soup is my absolute favorite thing. I love their drinks too, one of the best chocolate martinis I’ve ever had for sure.
Great gluten free options. A little pricey but well worth it. Super delicious!!
