Careful with this place. I was quoted $79 when I made a reservation over the phone for upholstery cleaning. When the guy showed up, he said that quote was just a basic price and the actual price was over 3x that initial quote. Add to that, they had to re-schedule multiple times, and the guy reeked of cigarette smoke, so our place smelled pretty awful for the next day.
I found Zen Carpet Cleaning through a deal, which made the price very affordable. Setting up the appointment was simple, and most of the communication was done through text messages. Austin showed up right on time and walked through my home to check which areas needed carpet cleaning. The company sent a helpful reminder the day before, letting me know to vacuum beforehand and that they don’t move furniture, which was good to know.
