Update: Our floors still look great, and a few small spots were easy to touch up. We use a vacuum with a brush head because of our cats, and we are still very impressed with how well the carpet and tile cleaning results have held up. Another update: It has been quite a while since the grout color sealing was done, and it still shows no real wear or fading. I called Zen Carpet Cleaning at the last minute for upholstery and carpet care and was first told about a $99 minimum service charge for coming out to the home. They clearly explained that cleaning just a couch and loveseat would not meet that minimum, so they kindly suggested adding a rug, drapes, a mattress, or even vehicle upholstery so I could get more cleaned for the same visit price.
