We have called this carpet cleaning team several times, and every visit has been great. Most recently, they picked up our delicate silk rug, which needs special attention, and also cleaned a few of our other smaller rugs at home. Our carpet cleaning appointment with Cesar was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and professional, and he made our carpets look fresh and spotless, just like new. Cesar brought a variety of cleaning tools to handle different pet stains, and every room looked immaculate after he finished. We were really impressed with his work. The company should have more technicians like Cesar because he truly represents them well. We will definitely use their carpet cleaning services again, especially if Cesar is our technician.
