I recently had a massage at Zen Balance and Bodywork LLC. Lindsay sat down with me and discussed all my health issues. Her knowledge and expertise is amazing. Lindsay explained why im feeling certain muscular pain and how she can help me. After which, I experienced the BEST massage I've ever had, Lindsay even took the time to show me simple stretching exercises to help, in-between massages. Thank you Lindsay for a truly amazing experience.
