turned in maintenance sheet and nothing has been repaired at this writing. And after usage the kitchen sink leaks at the bottom onto the floor. And we can not use the laundry facilities because we do not have a code. Also, our phone calls have not been returned in August.....
This apartment BEGS for good reviews as soon as you speak to anyone, so do NOT believe any of them. The reality is, the pool is green whenever they don't have to impress new renters, and the apartments are so old that maintenance told me they had so many leaks and floods across their properties that they could not deal with mine in a reasonable timeframe. I love my apartment! So spacious and comfortable. Luckily i’ve been able to contact Javier to quickly fix any issues i’ve had during move in. He’s very fast and responsive, always gets things done right when you ask!!
This is a non-smoking building. The lease says that you are not allowed to smoke inside the apartments, the buildings, and 50 feet around the property. This is a facility for non-smokers or people who will not smoke in the property.
