My husband went to this dental office and he was treated horribly by the older lady on the front desk. She lost my husband's files by mailing it to a different insurance company plus she argued with my husband that he was responsible for paying for other x- rays that she had lost. My husband's insurance company had to get involved helping him with this nonsense. The last time I had fillings done, the injection hurt so much my toes curled and I was left in severe pain for almost a week. Dr. Zemke did two fillings an an extraction in the same session and I didn't even feel him do the injection, and the next day I barely feel a thing. PHENOMENAL job, extremely happy with how my visit went. His secretary is lovely as well.
