Great atmosphere and some excellent staff. Food was good. Some things were a bit on the pricier side. The bar was out of almost everything we wanted and we had to settle for what was there, which was kind of a disappointment. At the breakfast buffet, I did observe that the staff were picking and choosing which guess to serve. I had to signal for a server while the other table were simply approached and offered refills. But overall it was great spending my anniversary with you.
We’ve stayed here twice and the service and food is always exceptional. We’ve stated at countless Hilton properties and no breakfast rivals the Zemi breakfast with their juices, smoothies and fresh options. The views, and beaches at Zemi are truly top tier and the staff make you feel so welcome the entire stay! We love this resort so much our dog is now named Zemi! High praises!
The staff and experience was exceptional. My family and I enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet that was included with my Diamond status. There are two pools, one adult only and one family pool. Zemi also offers free Sun Bum sunscreen and bottled water for the pools and beach loungers. There were enough cabanas and beach loungers for everyone to get their pick.
