I'm shopping anywhere but here One star is one too many. Zemel's did not stand behind the product sold. Also. to make the sale, they included an "extended manufacturer's warranty" that turned out not to be from the manufacturer at all. I would never recommend this retailer to anyone.
Smaller Applicance Store This is a very nice appliance store to visit. They have a wide selection of everything without the high powered sales pitch of the larger chains. They will match prices and give you the rebate forms you need to get the best price possible. They delivered my freezer free and took away the old one without a hassle. They showd up on time and were very courteous and neat.
First and Last... Zemels was the first store I went to while looking for new appliances for my kitchen remodel. This is the last store that I will be going to. Zemel's had Every Single Item that I wanted, and they arranged to have them delivered, and installed according to my schedule. They worked closely with not only my designer, but also my cabinet makers. My salesman left nothing to chance. I called him several times during this project, and each time, he was as nice and patient as if it was my first phone call. The show... read more
The Toystore for grown-ups! A good time was had by all when we went to Zemels to purchase our appliance for our new kitchen. We went on a Saturday, which was quite busy, but we were not "rushed" to make a decision, and the salesman was patient in answering all of my questions. After we made our decisions the salesman told us about several rebates available to us, that we didn't even know about. Zemels has a relaxed atmosphere, and we felt quite at home. I will NEVER shop anywhere else! I recentl had the opportunity to shop at Zemels in Danbury, CT. I must say, the second that I walked into the store, I knew I was in for a treat. The amazing display of working appliances and incredible attention to detail were 2nd to none. The staff was patient, courteous and was absolutely no pressure world class.
