I'm giving 5 Stars for Dr.Zelson although he is now retired the day I heard of this my heart sank I literally cried...I entrusted him with my 2 children for 23 years I never second guessed him I didn't have to because this man is brilliant. I always walked out of that office completely at ease knowing that my children had the best of care and medicine if needed. If he reads this I'd like to say... Very careless. Doxtor and staff is only there for the money.
Nothing but the very best care from each and every doctor and nurse practitioner! We met DR ZELSON in 1994 in the NICU at Yale. Every NICU nurse we met said to call Orange pediatrics. They always went above and beyond caring for each and everyone of our children. And we had four sons that all needed special care. Love this place and love every dr. and nurse and secretary we ever met there.
The office staff are horrible, never expect a smooth phone call or visit with them. The doctors whom I've had are great but the staff very subpar. I waited to get blood drawn for several minutes while I watched all the nurses across the hall gather together to watch a YouTube video. The front desk has never been polite or professional. I called to ask a question about my prescription and waited to be connected with a nurse. She answered "Are you being helped yet?" to which I replied "Nope" her response to me was "So whats th... read more
