Horrible. Waited for weeks filled with excuses. Then I was told the job would be a day and a half for maybe 10 simple things. 3 days in and the majority of things still not done. What has been done is ridiculous. (I used a vacation day at work thinking if I was here the work would be finalized quicker.) Excuse after excuse. What was done is dirty and horrible. Why would you install fresh trim and leave dirt all over it? I could go on and on. Disappointed. I’m sure owner’s response will be more excuses. I can upload photos.

Frank and his team did a beautiful job re-painting our front porch as well as some other items we asked them to care for on our home exterior. Frank was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. He and his team were so friendly and did great work. We’ve asked them to work on another project after our first experience working with them.

Frank and his team did an excellent job at repairing our broken fence. It’s very old so we weren’t sure if it could be fixed after it fell down - they put it back up with new posts and it looks perfect! At a very fair price as well. He was able to come quickly to give us a quote and do the repair. I look forward to using Zellner Family Renovations for future home projects as they have a wide range of skills!
