For the past three years, I have been experiencing recurring issues with the shower door installed by this company. Initially, the door was cracked, and water was consistently leaking onto the floor. Despite my repeated requests for a replacement pivot stationary door, the company has consistently provided only temporary fixes, such as band-aids for the shower door, without addressing the underlying problem. Made the mistake of signing on for a consultation. Was somewhat interested, & was up for a quote. I started at a new building for work & I thought I would still have off a certain day. Come to find out, my schedule is all over the place currently & I have been very busy. I was called repeatedly from two different numbers, I don't answer numbers that I don't know & was told my caller ID would state the business name.
