Update: Their reply is meaningless. They have continued to ignore and/or lie for weeks. Still no deposit return. I haven’t put the time into the Attorney General yet, but it’s next. I’ve been waiting two months for my deposit back and they’re ghosting. I sent a photo of my clean, empty unit and they still tried to charge my card again. Thankfully I removed it. I will be contacting the attorney general next.

I received a follow-up call from the district manager seeking not to just pacify or put a band-aid on my concerns but truly sought to hear and understand. A reply was given (seen below) saying that my concerns would be addressed but not too long after this, I received notice that our lease rates are going up $25 a month. What???? Storage pointe was very accommodating. I had to move unexpectedly and the process was easy and timely. It was easy access to go In And out of the unit. I moved out so I gave up my unit but I would recommend using them for your storage needs.
