Been a customer for 17+ years and they refused to let me skip a payment and catch up next month. The previous owners were very accommodating when life issues happened. Which was only a couple times. I will be leaving this facility & going elsewhere A. S. A. P. Just another money grabbing company with no customer service.
Move in online was easy.
The online process was easy, and cheaper than many other places in the area. We have not actually moved into the unit yet, so I may return to update this review. So far, so good!
Very easy process and easy to use. I needed temporary storage while moving and the sign up/closure process was very easy. I also contacted their support line on a Sunday and was helped immediately. Great experience without any gimmicks, highly recommended.
