I have had the best experience living at Zelia on Seven! The staff and maintenance are the best I have encountered and I am in the real estate industry. I have made two maintenance claims not due to the company and the next morning they were at my apartment to fix the concerns. The apartments are clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The office managers go above and beyond to help with any needs. I have really enjoyed living here this far!
I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The building is clean, well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. I have had a decent experience with Zelia on Seven - previously Via Sol. There was a lot of empty space not being used in the front of the building and they added several amenities to this area. Personally my favorite amenities are the theatre, golf simulator and the gym. I love the offices that are open for people to use with public wifi, desks and chairs (Sound proof walls!) I’ve been really impressed with Zelia on Seven. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the amenities like the fitness center and lounge areas are a huge bonus. Everything feels modern and thoughtfully designed, which makes the whole community feel comfortable and upscale. The location is also very convenient with easy access to shops, restaurants, and nearby parks.
