Where do I begin? My experience with Lisa D’Agostino was extremely disappointing. At the beginning of my case, Lisa specifically told me that she would do her best to complete my divorce within approximately 10 hours of legal work. Edited: I had a recommendation to use this firm for eviction of a tennant for my step mother’s estate. The recommendation came from both my lawyer and the realtor. Overall they did a great job. Eviction notice served. Tenant evicted. My concern and an original poor review was the billing practices. It took 6 months, several phone calls and emails as well as a one star review to receive a check for overages and invoice. I wish I could say I had a pleasant experience with Zelenitz, Shapiro & D’Agostino, P.C., but unfortunately, it was deeply disappointing. In my case, the compensation came from me, the client; Because of that, it’s critical to work with a firm that respects the client and understands you’re paying for a service. They were great until they weren't. I had a recommendation to use this firm for eviction of a tennant for my step mothers estate. The recommendation came from both my lawyer and the realtor. They were paid a retainer of $4,275.00 . I expected that this matter would not goes easy and we would blow through that retainer and then some. We got lucky.
