My husband has ordered me flowers from here a few times now. The last delivery was a large bouquet with some chocolates. When I received the delivery the chocolates were melted. He sent an email to complain as these aren’t cheap. He didn’t get a response at all! Very unprofessional!!! Otherwise everything was beautifully arranged. Just couldn’t eat the chocolates. Happy 40th to me!!
I had phoned in an order of flowers for my grandmother's 99th birthday. I am in Ontario my grandmother lives down the street from this flower shop. When I was speaking with Zelda on the phone, the owner, she was so very kind and courteous!! She was very helpful as she made the flower arrangement and said " leave it to me I will arrange something beautiful". And she did!! Highly recommend Zeldas!! My dad suddenly died on a Friday, I ordered flowers from her on Saturday for his funeral Monday, Zelda made sure my dad had a beautiful arrangement in such short notice. She is wonderful. Thanks Zelda
