As a bricklayer for 18 years i could have used many builders to build my 3 townhouses in kilsyth. We decided on zelcon and couldn't have been any happier with Jason and Peter. They were upfront . honest and very efficient with meeting time lines and budgets. Would definitely recommend to anyone else .
The team from zelcon are brilliant. Not only did they step in to take over the project when a previous builder was not able to complete it, they did so efficiently, within budget and to a very high standard. Peter & Jason recovered our build with great care and integrity, something not easy to find in the industry these days.
We entrusted Zelcon to construct our 3-townhouse development in Cheltenham Vic. and we were glad we did. Peter & Jason were professional, knowledgeable & very easy to work with. Nothing is a problem with this team. Very accommodating with any requests that we had. They get the job done & use good quality tradespeople. Completed in February 2024, we are very happy with the result & wouldn’t hesitate to engage Zelcon again in any future projects.

I engaged with Zelcon for a 3 unit development in Monash. The block was undesirable, being class P soil, heavy clay, significant slopes, retaining walls etc. Including all these challenges,the construction process from beginning to completion was extremely easy.
