My experience with them was very excellent. Extremely Professional and great company.
My experience with Zeina was rather unpleasant. Been in the the house for a little of two years now. All items listed is known to the builder, Tarion, and in most cases both. Had a conciliation at the 30 day, as some items were not repaired. Offered us $500 in lieu of repairs. Said no. Ended up fixing the major ones and still paying us out $600. Had another conciliation at year end with over 50 items on our list incomplete, or rather not even attempted to complete. The major items being main floor tiles, either loose... read more
