We hired Zielman James and, during a very long process, encountered numerous issues that we did not fully address at the time. These included multiple errors in the agreement that we found which reflected more items and costs than were required for our home. Examples we personally identified and had fixed included pricing for more windows than exist in our home, more doors than doorways, and more stair railing posts than needed. From the moment we broke ground on our one acre lake lot. Zelman, James Holmes exceeded our expectations. We chose to build the waoka with a full basement and they're on your lot. Expertise made the process feel effortless and what we appreciated most was the integrity of the team.
