From the moment we broke ground on our one acre lake lot. Zelman, James Holmes exceeded our expectations. We chose to build the waoka with a full basement and they're on your lot. Expertise made the process feel effortless and what we appreciated most was the integrity of the team. The pricing was competitive and most importantly, transparent, we never felt nickeled and dimed, saying the owners take a personal interest in our project gave us total complex. ZJ Homes has been nothing but a blast to work with. Danette Pontikis has been amazing to have as our point of contact. She has guided us through many unforeseen challenges within the process of building our home. Not once was she pushy or "salesly". She makes the process easy and always provided guidance and direction when needed. Mary Gerken as also been an absolute rock through this process.
