Danette and Mary have both been a pleasure to work with through the pre-construction process. They are thorough, communicative and have answered all of our questions in detail. We have had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a custom home builder.
We have had an excellent experience during the pre-construction phase of our new home. We truly could not be more impressed with Zeilman-James Home’s team especially Mary and Danette. We hired Zielman James and, during a very long process, encountered numerous issues that we did not fully address at the time. These included multiple errors in the agreement that we found which reflected more items and costs than were required for our home. Examples we personally identified and had fixed included pricing for more windows than exist in our home, more doors than doorways, and more stair railing posts than needed.
