Quality home. I like the 2x6 exterior walls and plywood wall sheathing. The builder has a good eye for detail. I had to properly slope the z-flashing above the garage door and added a small gap between the j channel and z flashing. Not too big of a problem. I'd build with them again.

Danette and Mary have both been a pleasure to work with through the pre-construction process. They are thorough, communicative and have answered all of our questions in detail. We have had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a custom home builder.

We hired Zielman James and, during a very long process, encountered numerous issues that we did not fully address at the time. These included multiple errors in the agreement that we found which reflected more items and costs than were required for our home. Examples we personally identified and had fixed included pricing for more windows than exist in our home, more doors than doorways, and more stair railing posts than needed.
