I had a fantastic experience at this dental practice! The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The doctor's chair-side manner is excellent, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for professional and caring dental care!
The dentist is great but his office manager is very odd. They don’t answer their phones, make appointments for expensive procedures without informing patients of their plan. Very, very inconsistent front end reception. If he got a new office manager things might be different but it’s a very disappointing experience dealing with them.
This dentist and his practice in Red Bank and Marlboro are dishonest and unethical, and Zeik is incompetent. He left a root in after a root canal (another dentist immediately spotted it). In addition, he owes almost $400 in overcharges that he has refused to refund despite insurance company intervention. Be forewarned, go elsewhere!
Dr. Zeik was supposed to create an upper and lower bridge for me however I kept being told that I would be called when an appointment could be made instead I kept calling because I did not receive a phone call unfortunately no appointment Ever Took Place Dr Zeik is like any other dentist, sucking every dollar and penny out of you
