I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership in 2023. As a resident of another state, I paid for them to handle transferring my plate and sending title information to my state. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't received my title and the Motor Vehicle Department of my state has not received the transfer paperwork. I only had a temporary license for 60 days. This is an unacceptable length of time to process a title.
