The service was done quickly and right. The service tech also topped off all the fluids ,tire pressures, checked tread depth and other filters
I continue to receive consistent, fast, and reliable service. During this visit, Jose assisted me immediately, and my car was taken into the shop within minutes, right on schedule. The service was completed on time. The service department runs very efficiently and reflects strong, effective leadership.
It was most certainly not exceptional because I felt that my time was not valued when I dropped off my vehicle. I explained that I needed a ride home and it was honestly dismissed. I even used the text system to try to get the attention of the service tech and that did not work. It was not until I walked over and said I need my ride home that any action was taken after already being at the location for almost an hour.
