I bought a vehicle from here about 8 weeks ago, spent about 34k. At the time of signing the papers, it was agreed they would make a physical key for my car since I was only being given 1 fob, and the physical key which was supposed to be inside was missing. Additionally the vehicle was missing the plastic fuse cover, which they agreed to ship out to me.
