The older gentleman I worked with in the service department was very kind and professional. However, my overall experience with Zeigler was disappointing. They love to nickel and dime you. Charge #1: For my AC diagnostic, they added Freon and dye to check for future leaks. If that was the extent of the service, I don’t understand why a full diagnostic fee was necessary. Worst Service Experience I’ve Ever Had – Avoid Zeigler Honda of Kalamazoo at All Costs I had the unfortunate luck of breaking down in Kalamazoo while visiting family. I took my car to Zeigler Honda, assuming a dealership would be the easiest. Big mistake. They quoted me $4,000 for a new clutch on a car with only 40,000 miles. I wanted to give a 5 star because service was great and got me a loaner car while mine was being fixed, but unfortunately whoever worked on my car took it for a joyride. I have a modified car, and the clutch slave cylinder is going and needs replaced bad. Fine with normal driving, but if you are driving fast and shifting hard, the clutch basically goes out and has no resistance or feedback. Literally only happens when the car is driven hard. I can't say enough good things about my experience buying my car! From start to finish, Alan A. was absolutely incredible.
