If you want the cliche shady used car salesman experience, shop Thomason Ford where they advertise a transparent buying experience while they sit on a throne of lies! They pushed me to sign documents saying when I came back the next day with a deposit, I could change terms. I received a message from Jamie Townsend (General Manager) offering to buy my F150 above market value for my truck. On a whim, my wife and I decided to make the trip and see what they could offer. I puchased a 2019 F-150 Platinum from the dealership. There were red flags from the beginning,the Sales person lied about a bad Cam Phaser they could repair in a coiuple days. The used Car Sales manager lied and said I don't have a Cam Phase and I do. The Service manager lied for two months stating they were backed up and couldn't get to it. and the shop technician lied and said he couldn't recreate the Cam pHaser event. Jocelyn, I went there for a recall and the young lady there wasn't helpful at all . She said i don't know about that part I thing they don't make a it anymore. She didn't even bother to take my information in case the part comes in . She needs to be more professional to deal with customers. All she said was I don't know what to tell you.

March 2025 bought Ford EcoSport 2020 with 64,000 miles on the SUV. I always wanted one. I put least then 10000 miles on then sept had a blown engine that took 2 months to fix then i pick the car up and a friday and got gas and had to turn the car back in for fuel pump. Which took another 2 weeks. I would never ever by a ford car again. The sales people wanted to put me in brand new car and instead of working with my budget that i could afford. I will never ever buy a ford again,
