My actual sales person was nice enough. That being said, the car was started up and brought around to me to test drive it and when I decided to purchase it, it was started up and brought around to me to drive home. At the time, I thought that was very great customer service however upon getting home and starting the car the next morning, I realized the car had a cold startup rattle issue that I would’ve had no way of knowing about because I never had a cold start up opportunity prior to purchasing.
