I dropped off my car for a standard oil change and tire rotation, letting the front desk know I’d be waiting on-site. Though I was quoted an hour, it took over three hours. To make matters worse, they completely skipped the multi-point inspection, missed the car wash, and failed to check my tire pressure—leaving one tire noticeably low. Between this and a previous visit where they left a loose screw in a gasket, this service center has consistently let me down. I strongly advise taking your vehicle elsewhere.
Horrible Customer Service Care. And Service Department. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again! If you are smart stay far away from this dealership!
They are together with Maserati worst service in all United States. I wish I wouldn’t have bought it from them. Don’t get a Maserati.
Let me preface this by saying I love my Fiat 500x, and have taken very good care of it because I intend to stay in the Fiat family for years to come. However. I needed an oil change in 2024 and after a rather bad run in with a couple different Jiffy Lube’s in Chicago I thought taking it to the dealership would be the safe option.
