Horrible Customer Service Care. And Service Department. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again! If you are smart stay far away from this dealership!
They are together with Maserati worst service in all United States. I wish I wouldn’t have bought it from them. Don’t get a Maserati.
Let me preface this by saying I love my Fiat 500x, and have taken very good care of it because I intend to stay in the Fiat family for years to come. However. I needed an oil change in 2024 and after a rather bad run in with a couple different Jiffy Lube’s in Chicago I thought taking it to the dealership would be the safe option. i’ve been going to Zeigler Fiat for service for years and purchased several cars from Zeigler (they can look me up) but after this last service, I will never return for ANY of my vehicles, make or model. I gave them a chance twice before— once after they repaired my Fiat with zip ties (Fiat 500 Abarth 5 spd I keep in tip top shape, never missed an oil change, fed premium gas) and another time a tech left a wrench in my car and he had to drive to my home to pick it up, but this time I left the service bay after paying over $9... read more
