They told me one price, interest rate, loan place. But when I got my paperwork it was all different. I am not happy at all.
My back seatbelt wouldn't retract, they charged me $75 to inspect, then told me it would cost $800 to repair as it was shot and to let them know when i woukd like to schedule the repair. I couldn't afford that. I decided to have my cousin look at it. He had my seat belt back to working in less than 15 minutes with not replacing anything. It was not shot! Goes to show they want to take advantage of women!

I own a 2019 Alpha Romeo Stelvio that i purchased from Zeigler Alpha Romeo Mazerati. I have had to bring it in for regular schedule service and two mechanical issues over the last several years. The service department has been stellar. The service manager Cam is the best. He has been honest, informative, polite and most helpful. The technicians have fixed things right the first time. My car is always returned to me clean and shined both inside and out. Couldn't be more pleased.
The only place I will take my Grand Cherokee and other vehicles. Josh, the lead technician, is extremely knowledgeable, and can literally find and fix everything, he's an actual honest technician. Best service around!
