If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife and I purchased what was supposed to be a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership in May, and within a week it was obvious the vehicle had not been inspected properly. The windshield washer nozzles were both broken, the hose was disconnected, and the thermal shield was loose — issues that don’t just “happen” on a 2022 CPO vehicle.
