Car threw an engine code due to oil over filled. They claim they cannot over fill oil since the oil gun is digital. You're suppose to still check the dipstick after the oil has had a chance to settle for a few minutes to verify. They clearly did not and as someone who works in the industry i know those oil guns need to be calibrated regularly to be accurate. They refuse to stand by their work on a simple oil change on a leased vehicle that only they have worked on.
charge my wife close to $1400. Vehicle broke down and totally lie and never check the vehicle right the first time. Differently took advantage of my wife. Now the vehicle is not running and we lost on the $1400 and currently looking for a new vehicle. This dealership is a joke and services department are liars. Worst experience I have ever received. Do not recommend!!!!
I bought a vehicle in December from here .The first week I drove it it started having a burning smell and loud shake due to a bad battery.I fixed that issue and a month later my check engine light came on for lean fuel conditions. At this point I'd just say they do not even look at the as is vehicle and will sell you a hunk of junk .I do not recommend a as is car from hear stay clear .
