I experienced an incompetent sales staff/sales director with false advertising on their website. Multiple vehicles they have online are incorrectly listed. I called to confirm the listed mileage of 2 of their vehicles. A sales member confirmed the mileage listed online. After being told I needed to wear a mask so other people felt "safe" in my presence, I decided to cancel my test drive and instead text with the manager.
