Got a new X5. Alex and Zack are great to work with.
Brung two vehicles in for service first day i was charged for a diagnostic that they couldnt figure properly diagnose (stated on the paperwork) .supposedly got a complimentary vacuum and wash but only got a light spray down after a 550$ oil change visit. Second day i had a 945 appointment for oil change i stated i would be waiting for vehicle to be done, 3 hours later is unacceptable(Ken forgot about us). No priority on appointments. Sales may be good but service need a review asap
Tyler and his team were transparent, efficient, and excellent communicators. I particularly appreciated that they didn't have a variety of last-minute fees; everything discussed upfront was exactly what was in the final bill. Additionally, they worked with me to get some last minute tweaks done to the vehicle essentially at-cost. I would absolutely work with them again.
Alex, took the time to stay connected with me over time while my schedule was very packed, yet he wasn't overbearing. He also was willing and capable of answering many questions I had and as I continue to ask while I get more familar with my vehicle. Additionally, he emphasizes service and is proud of the Ziegler team. Alex will keep many customers happy for many years.
Alex did an outstanding job in securing me a vehicle to meet my needs as a senior citizen. Would recommend him to anyone who needs to purchase a new or used vehicle. Thanks to Zeigler for hiring him
