Bait and switch, deceptive, horrible experience! Set up an appointment and drove 3.5 hrs (7 hrs round-trip) after having price in writing via text from dealership on a specific vehicle, verified it was available, and were told yes it was and they'd have it "ready to go" for us, only to arrive at our scheduled appointment time and be told vehicle was sold 1.5 hrs beforehand.
