I just left Zeidman's, where my nosey wife was able to give the salesman my name and get information about a watch I was purchasing for her for Christmas the way she knew was because they called her by mistake and told her she had a watch there. (Wow)

I love the pawnshop but when it comes to customer service in the loan department it is horrible. Debbie to be exact is very rude and disrespectful and needs customer service training
