Lost my previous family Doctor due to her relocating. On referral went to see Dr. Noorani today for my first time. I have been experiencing considerable hip and leg pain and wanted a "new" family doctor to aide in guiding me through treatment. In no way did I expect to be "cured" of the issue today, but it was hoped to gain direction, as well as begin a new doctor patient relationship. Dr. Noorani is priceless and the staff are top notch!
The staff is the most unprofessional team I have ever encountered. A NURSE actually pretended to be a voicemail just to avoid speaking with a patient. I would never recommend your personal information being in the hands of such incompetent individuals.
Never returns phone calls and not available via email. Not patient centric
