I have been under the care of doctor Kapadia for over 10 years and I have always gotten wonderful care from her. She is very professional but also very personable. She explains my blood results and her plan to help me and I need that. She has always been willing to help me with the different issues that have come along these years in my life. Dr. K has never once let me down. She's found answers and has fought for me every step of the way.
Dr. Kapadia is a credit to her profession. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and makes sure her patient/patients feel good and healthy under her care. She takes time to answer questions and makes suggestions accordingly. I have recently been diagnosed with a rare blood disorder and have seen multiple doctors but no one like Dr. Kapadia. She and her staff have my back.
I began treatment for cancer in 2018 and can honestly say that my entire time being in the care of Dr Kapadia has been very professional, courteous, educational and always a 2-way conversation. Dr Kapadia and her staff can only be described as caring with focus on the patient’s recovery plan.
She is caring and very direct. You can tell she cares and listens to her patients. I'm very lucky that they recommended her to me. She goes far and beyond to help her patients. I grateful for her and her team.
Dr. Kapadia is very helpful and listens to all of my concerns and issues. She spend all the time as needed to answer all of my questions. She tries to put her patients at ease and leave with confidence that your issues will be corrected. My only issue with Texas Oncology at Willowbrook is the difficulty to call into the office and talk to a real human being without taking 15 to 20 minutes, only to be cut off or talk to someone that can not help me at all.
Dr Kapadia is a first rate dr. In a time where dr's are just trying to get in and out as fast as they can she stands out. She leans back and listens to every word so she can understand how to help you. She has the manner of a friend , soft and welcoming. When you have a health issue you don't want a brash person not listening or telling you about a body you have had all your life and they have only just met , you want someone to hear your concerns and make a plan and let you know why this is better than that to find the answ... read more
