I started seeing Ms. Jaffer about 5yrs ago. She explains everything. I'm very pleased. She's awesome! My A1c is normal now. I give her all the credit. Thank you Ms. Jaffer!
Today I went to see Zara Jaffer. She has provided me with absolutely the best care EVER!! I was so sorry that today was the last day for her. She is moving away and it is definitely our loss!! I wish you much love and luck for the next part of your journey. I will be forever grateful for the care that she has given me. I have to close now because I’m making myself cry.
