New downspouts were installed and rerouted to keep water away from the foundation. Function looks better now and the work didn’t leave a trace.
Attic insulation was long overdue. Once it was in, the temperature stabilized noticeably. Great job!
Gutter installation was done fast, and the placement fixed the runoff issue that used to flood the walkway. The whole setup looks more polished now.
We saw a tiny water spot on our ceiling which ended up being caused by a loose chimney and damage to a truss that our previous roofer totally dropped the ball and ignored during a re-roofing a few years ago. Mike Martinez of Zees provided a fair quote for the extensive job of cutting out a large section of roof, shoring up a large portion of truss and rebuilding the chimney.
