Bad business practice - doesn’t honor every customer……
Brought my car in for an oil change and when I got my car back it shakes violently when I accelerate! Now Zee acting like my car was like that when I brought it in and is not trying to fix it or give me a refund! Don’t do business here EVER unless you’re cool with being scammed!!
I cannot express how disappointed I am with this shop. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was appalling. I was treated with complete indifference no one greeted me, and when I asked about the status of my vehicle, I was met with rude, dismissive responses. I was also told multiple times that they’d call me back with updates, but never once followed up. To make matters worse, when I finally got my car back, the repairs were incomplete and subpar.
