RecommendedZeeland Garage Door to the rescue!! Who in their right mind has to call Carol Ford Garnsey to let her know that they are locked IN their house!!???? Couldn’t open the garage door because the spring snapped!! Jason from Zeeland Garage Door come and fixed the garage door with in a 1/2 hour of calling him!! Thank - you Jason!!
The spring on our garage door broke at the worst time... Friday at 5:20pm. I called Zeeland Garage Door because several of my friends have used and highly recommended them. I left a message and figured I would be stuck until Monday. Jason called me back 5 minutes later and was busy that evening but came out first thing Saturday morning. Jason is amazing. He was quick to come to the rescue when we needed our garage door fixed in a hurry. He even came out after hours and was so great to deal with. Highly recommend this company and their customer service!
The first time I called Jason he lost the paper work and did not show up for the scheduled appointment. He does not return phone calls promptly or at all. He was late to the second scheduled appointment and didn't call us ahead of time to inform us. We got our bill in the mail and tried calling him to pay it and he still hasn't returned the call. The lack of service and appreciation for customers is not a good quality and we wouldn't use him again.
Zeeland garage door came out to our house and replaced the spring in our garage door. He did a great job! He was quick to respond, quality was excellent, and the price was more than fare!
We have had them out to two different homes of ours over the years and they always respond quickly with quality work and fair pricing. Moving to a new home next month and will for sure be called them to install the opener for our third stall.
