Terrible business. DO NOT BRING YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE!!!! At all costs avoid this place. They sat on my generator for two months and haven't even ordered the parts. And the entire time they were lying to me that the part is on backorder. This place should not be listed as an authorized repair facility for anything. My Duromax generator was sitting outside in their scrap yard (thats how it looks) for two months without being touched. Use Todd Zeek ! He delivered my snowblower on a Sunday morning at 7am on the day of a major storm! Stay patient, i know we all want our stuff yesterday, but this man is super busy because of extended personal service.
Snow blower service. I called in the week of the storm. Curt picked it up and def laughed when I asked if I'd get it back before storm - not in a rude way but in a realistic way. He had three other blowers in his truck. But, he said they'd try. And btw, Curt took time to point out issues during pick up that I was unaware of.
