Use Todd Zeek ! He delivered my snowblower on a Sunday morning at 7am on the day of a major storm! Stay patient, i know we all want our stuff yesterday, but this man is super busy because of extended personal service.
Snow blower service. I called in the week of the storm. Curt picked it up and def laughed when I asked if I'd get it back before storm - not in a rude way but in a realistic way. He had three other blowers in his truck. But, he said they'd try. And btw, Curt took time to point out issues during pick up that I was unaware of. Wanted to give ZERO STARS but couldn't Do not use this company! No communication with customer, no call backs when call or email and no concern for the customer's needs. Rude when questioned Skip this place!
Great experience working with Zeek! We had our snow blower and generator serviced recently. The entire process from coordinating pick up, repair, return etc was so efficient and warm. Good communication and a quick turnaround! Fair price and machines look and work great! Thankful for your company and sharing the skillset!
Called to request service for a snowblower. It was my first time ever getting service for my snowblower so I was unsure of how the appointment structure worked. I asked if they had any appointments for today and the person in the other line laughed at me. Honestly was kinda rude. I would have understood had he just said the earliest appointment they had was for next week. Seeking service from someone who actually cares to not treat the person on the other end like an idiot.
