The maintenance people Tim and Tom are wonderful human beings. They will do anything for you and are timely. The management isn’t trustworthy at all. I bought a house with 2 months left on my lease. I found a sub letter on my own. The Management team took a security deposit from my sub letter so I asked for mine back. Thinking that was fair. I had the worst experience renting from the Zee Management. The place I moved into wasn't finished as promised and I ended up incurring some of the renovation costs. Management was mostly unresponsive to every request - average response time was 3 weeks. I would NOT recommend to anyone.
