I had a 1pm appointment today and no one answered. I've been calling, emailing, can't text cause the service to the phone number provided is disconnected and I've been trying to reach someone since yesterday.
The pictures on her site are NOT HER WORK (the picture in the middle is on the site, the others are her actual work); she should be honest about her level of expertise. I was over charged ($280…), must pay pre-service, and the quality is poor. She cannot do twists well, and after having to switch my style to braids, they are not what I expected based on the work she shows on her marketing materials. This is also an apartment, not a salon.
