The food is good service sucks ordered food they said half hour 45 minutes it was 40 minutes get my order wrong then they say they'll send me another one right out maybe half hour now it's been an hour still no food called back 3 times didn't know they was going to take an hour to get here possibly more time they just suck

As for delivery times, we try very hard to deliver within the times quoted. I am updating my previous review in lieu of the AWFUL customer service I had today. I have always used Zeda’s for various events and will no longer due to RUDE and inappropriate service after an error on their part. Also note that the menu prices listed online are not accurate so be advised! Sad to say they will no longer have my business!
The people here are very rude it's not the first time I come here and they are rude sometimes it's ok
Tried the pizza for the first time today at the Athol location and it was among the best pizza I have had.
No body was wears gloves and it was a sweat shop. Management didnt care about anything and pushed off an employee by saying i dont care. And a mouse ran by my feet before ordering (thank god) disgusting and unprofessional
Worst place every over charge on small things like i ordered a small pizza and first off all the size of the pizza was the size of a unborn baby turtle plus they forgot my soda and they said it would take an hour just to get them like are u serious never ordering from them again and i wouldnt recommend it to ANY ONE
