UPDATE***The owner, David Johnson, contacted me and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond to please this customer, thank you so much! They kept my car 3 days, I had to have it towed elsewhere because they couldn't figure out what was wrong. They said they changed spark plugs but the shop that I had it towed to said Zebulon Tire did NOT change them, so I had to pay $158 for new spark plugs and a coil pack at the new shop. I called Zebulon Tire back and they won't refund the $80 they charged me to do ... read more
