Worst support team, Once installed and gone they never provide any support and not answer a call and ask to submit a support ticket but they never check or respond. All issues with motors and settings. I totally regret buying these from them.
Do not trust this Shiva & Zebra Shades LLC and avoid paying upfront. He follows up repeatedly before payment, but once the payment is done, he ignores any reported issues, even after multiple attempts to contact him. His website doesn't create the ticket or provide the ticket no, worst customer experience. In our case, there has been pending work to be fixed since December-2024, but he has neither completed it nor honored his commitments made after multiple calls, he never calls back. Service is not that great. Many times follow-up needs to be done. Ticketing system doesn’t work. No reply when we leave messages about the issues.
Blinds not fixed properly and they said they will send the person to fix since January I am trying to reach them and stopped responding my phone. I don’t recommend.
