Blinds not fixed properly and they said they will send the person to fix since January I am trying to reach them and stopped responding my phone. I don’t recommend.

I read all the reviews and I agree with their installation services. But has anyone tried/used their post installation warranty service and positive feedback? I bet no one would have. I had my shades installed 1 yr ago. My remote stopped working. For last 2 months, I am trying to contact them via different ways, but no luck.
