Sumner and Kayla were spectacular. I appreciated Sumner taking the time to explain everything to us as I had no pervious experience. He was very patient and understanding. Sumner interpersonal skills went a long way in helping us understand how thing work between and the sellers and buyers, plus lenders, as well.
