Did not show up to either of the two appts we set up. Did not call or email before to cancel either. I would not recommend working with Omar or Zealestate.
BEWARE OF MR. OMAR BUTT!!!!! My partner and i went to view an apartment in gowanus, and had to let ourselves in with a lock box KEY. omar was not there. the fee was 15%, near 7k (obscene). I asked Omar to offer the owners full payment of rent, but a 1 month fee. IN the meantime, i was looking up the listing further on the internet and TURNS OUT THE APARTMENT HAD ALREADY BEEN RENTED TO PEOPLE BY A DIFFERENT BROKER. IT IS WRONG TO WASTE HONEST FOLKS TIME!!!!!
