If I could give 0 stars I would. When I moved in nobody was there to give me my keys or access to my building. I waited a little over an hour before somebody showed up. When we finally looked at my apartment it was never cleaned. I understand they just took over from another property, but if you’re going to rent an apartment to someone you have to make sure it’s clean and all the old resident ma stuff is removed.
