The showing we had of a house was lovely. James was professional, on time, and charismatic! It was after the showing that communication became radio silent. My husband and I submitted our application and when we got our reports back, there were errors. We tried to call for days, multiple voicemails left, sent emails and text messages to get in contact with someone to ask a few questions regarding the errors. as a former renter, we had to deal with two years of mold, broken appliances and infrastructure, unaddressed domestic abuse, and then they stole our security deposits on top of that.
Not the worst property management company, but they are slow to respond, forgetful, and will extract every penny they can from you. Upon moving out, be ready for $90 charges to "change lightbulbs" (plus fuel surcharge!), and they'll hold your security deposit for the maximum amount of time. It just feels petty and dehumanizing.
I have been working with Amanda, she is wonderful, answered my emails very quickly, answered all my questions. Very professional, a great service to the renters she manages. Thank you so much for the great service.
Brittany and Amanda both went way above and beyond for us! Our oven completely stopped working! They both worked all day to get a new oven, and had it delivered and installed the same day!! They are both extremely professional, and attentive, and I am so grateful for their hard work! I’m so happy to know, that they are here to help! Thank you ladies!!
