This is about standing behind your product and correcting your errors. First of all if you are a homeowner working directly with the store, just know they will cut cornors, like not sending anyone out to look at your project and to measure. Charlie was great and helped with design, cabinet and flooring selections. He was great to work with; knowledgable and accessible. The cabinets are very well made and beautiful. We love our new kitchen and highly recommend ZC.

We had an amazing experience working with Morris. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, helping us design our dream kitchen. We recently purchased our blue shaker kitchen cabinets with crown molding. After installing everything, we realized the crown molding they gave us was two different shades of blue. It was subtle and only noticeable when we used the touch up paint we purchased. Not only was the molding two different shades of blue, but it was also a slightly different pattern.
